I didn’t like the idea of the gym. My friend suggested I try the local boxing gym. I wanted to get fit but I wasn’t really into sport.
When I started doing well in competitions my commitment changed. My perspective shifted, I was enjoying it and doing well so it stopped being something I felt I should do and became something I wanted to do.
