Anti-Inflammatory Ingredients

Mango, Kale & Kiwi Smoothie


Serves
: 1                                                                                                                 Prep time: 10 mins


Ingredients:

  • 1 peeled and chopped mango
  • 2 peeled and chopped kiwis
  • 100g of chopped kale
  • 1 peeled and chopped orange
  • 200ml water

Instructions:

  • Put all the ingredients with half the water into the blender / smoothie maker and blend for 30-40 seconds.
  • Add the rest of the water and blend for roughly another 30 seconds or until it reaches the consistency you desire.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.
